Pasta Lab in Brisbane
So this has been on the list for awhile now and I finally was able to stop by, also they finally finalized their menu 👌
MENU
Everything is made in house and from scratch. Proper Italian, no additives, no exceptions, just 100% authentic hand made pasta... And it's good, really good.
We tried their spaghetti and tortellini, made fresh as we came in (a beautiful show if you catch it). The tortellini was filled with pork loin, Prosciutto crudo, mortadella, parmigiana, reggiano, egg, salt, and nutmeg... Then wrapped in their egg pasta and served with butter, sage, and grated parmigiana reggiano.
Perfectly al dente, and just delicious ingredients.
How Italian should be, and they also offer their pasta available for take home packs.
My only regret, not having dessert... Next time ♥️
