Most people go to the Gold Coast for the beach… I go to find delicious food.

What we had:
✔️ Tonkotsu Black
Roasted Black Garlic Oil and Extra Cha-Shu added to the original tonkotsu
✔️ Tonkotsu Yokohama
Traditional Yokohama style ramen, extra chi-yi (chicken oil) and garlic
✔️ Tonkotsu Spicy Miso
Spicy miso tonkotsu stock with sweet and spicy pork mince
✔️ Pan-fried Gyoza
Really loved the fit out of this place, old school American rock vibes with posters of bands and music playing in this wooden venue.
The broth is authentic and full of flavour.
Love the generous amounts of pork (and garlic ❤️).
We also sampled some other dishes including their amazing pan-fried gyoza.
Nice and crisp, locking in that moist meat.
Also… had a full noodle lifts, lol you have to with ramen 😂.
Summary
Cozy venue with a nice atmosphere.
Food came out quick, and we didn’t not leave hungry.
So much nostalgia in here, and I look forward to try out the other venues.
