Dinner at Hosokawa
One of Brisbane's finest Japanese restaurants, and located so close to me... And I have never gone before today.
So, my girlfriend is a strong lover of Japanese cuisine, this is one stop she said we had to make into a date night. Also worked out perfectly for a post-movie meal 😊
... But first tea
Bottomless green tea is always a win for me ♥️ I have a feeling we will need it with this meal.
What we had:
First Dish - Sashimi Platter
squid, salmon, tuna, kingfish, ark shell, scallop, mackerel
Second Dish - Sushi Platter
Tuna, king fish, mackerel, squid, tobiko, prawn, ark shell, salmon, scallop
Freshness, quality, and delicious.
There is no such thing as too much raw fish, I love just chowing down on it.
