Devouring at Taro's Ramen

Devouring at Taro's Ramen

I’m by far not a ramen master, but Espresso is pretty close…

Anyone else with someone who piles up on the garlic?
Yeah, she’s a real catch ❤

Entree:

Takoyaki … deep-fried octopus may not sound like the best thing to some people, but they obviously never tried it. Soft and chewy, just bursting with flavor.

Mains:

Tonkotsu Ramen:

So this… is my favorite from Taros. Yes, Fire is nice… but there is something about this original broth I just really enjoy. It’s thick, flavorful and welcoming… It’s just a nice treat. The noodles had a great bite to them, and the meat is delicious .

Ramen Special: HIYASHI RAMEN (COLD)

A chilled bonito and mackerel dashi stock with inaniwa style noodles. Garnished with fresh salad, sous vide smoke chicken, nori oil. Perfect for these hot summer heat waves we have been having… so light and refreshing. I still prefer the usual noodles, but this was a nice variation :)

Conclusion:

I love the 480 venue… its rustic, beautiful, dark & moody, and that broth is one of my favorites of the venues… I would easily come back for the next special (no doubt).
