Breakfast at Spot Specialty Coffee
A cute little tucked away from the busy city dishing up incredible coffee and food.
I already saw a ‘waffle ‘ on the menu so I’m super keen, lets do this!

Chai Latte
Batch Brew - So dark and pure, just breathing with flavor. 😂
A really nice price at $4 and was a great warmer on a previous cold morning (wish we had more of them)
The coffee beans they use is from Padre DG and some guest roster time to time.
Food:
Chilli Prawn Omelette
Local prawns, house sweet chilli oil, edamame, baby rocket
Packed with prawns in every bite, and a nice mix with the sweet chilli.
A sizable omelette too, really making it worth the $16 price.
Not really the biggest greens fan, but it went down a treat.
Matcha Waffle
Matcha white chocolate snow, House berry compote, vanilla ice cream

I saw ‘Waffle’ and had to have it ❤️
Not my usual ‘super sweet’ brekky, but this had a great balance of flavors.
Waffle was crispy and soft, and the berry compote held I nice sweet flavor to the bitter matcha.
I’m curious to see how this menu changes seasonally.
Summary
Nice little spot away from the busy side of town.
I’m still sad to miss out on the Sloppy Joes special (maybe it’ll re-appear)
Food was delicious, and we left without having to undo a button. 😂
